Brisket times and egg responses

It seems that all the briskett around here is well-trimmed 4lb flats. If I do 3 or 4 at one time, what's the estimated time @ 2oo-250.[p]Also, I had a hinge problem, and contacted Jim at EGG HQ. He returned my original call, but I've still got some serious reservations and he's not returned two calls now over a period of a week. Who's the man to speak to?
