<p />The Salmon came out very well for my first planking (better than the photo) I didn't do much to it evoo, salt & pepper. About 400 dome, put the plank in for ten mins on raised grid, flipped the plank and threw on the Salmon Skin side down. About 25 mins, it was nice and moist with a nice clean Salmon taste.[p]Thanks for your help, next time I will dress it up a bit.
