Butt from a couple weeks ago
In case anyone's interested, here are some pics from the butt I did a couple weeks ago. The method was very simple - rub with Shakes rub and cook for 22 hours.[p]

Nature Boy,[p]Thanks. These pics were actually pre-digicam days. ST bought one of those throw away cameras that day for the butt and ribs (which I assume he'll be posting pics of at some point). He simply had them digitized when they were developed.[p]Happy Sunday.
