Pork Butt and Chuck Roast?

Greetings from snowy Denver! We were scheduled to head to New Orleans on Wednesday, but in the end were very lucky to just get home that night. Hairy driving for a southern guy! :)[p]I ventured out to the store for the first time yesterday, and picked up a 3 lb pork butt and on a whim a 1.5 lb beef chuck roast. I'll smoke the butt for pulled pork, and wanted any suggestions on how to do the chuck roast. Has anyone tried chuck on the egg before? I chose it as it was pretty cheap, and fatty enough to survive a longer cook. I was thinking of smoking it along with the butt. [p]Any ideas? Thanks - Dickson
