This was my first Turkey, I ran into a few issues with the Egg, but over all it turned out well.
I could not stay above 300, and my lump was burning up really fast. I had to reload once, and it still fell below 300 before the bird was done. I'll find the issue in the morning.

Thanks Max, cant wait to try this again.
