Purchased my BGE on new years eve and cooked first steak tonight. 1" sirlon, preheated to 600 deg, seared 1 minute on each side, idled BGE and held for 2 minutes. PERFECT. Don't think I will ever regret buying. So far have cooked Pork Roast, Beef Roast and Whole Chicken and all were great. Look forward to reading this forum.
