Dizzy Pig Maple Glazed Catfish

Tried Catfish for the first time last night. Used the Dizzy Pig Maple Glazed Salmon recipe and method (substituting catfish for the salmon of course). Having never tried catfish, I only bought a small
filet and threw on a bunch of tilapia filets as well. The catfish was the winner. More flavour and a firmer texture than the tilapia IMHO. [p]Once again, a dizzy pig recipe has helped make me look like a better cook than I really am. Thanks for the help.[p]Cheers,[p]John
