We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Folks,[p] Santa brought me a BGE! I have been reading the
forum ever since and am now finally joining the group.
This is obviously a wonderful group of people, and
I hope that I can add something worthwhile. I have
been cooking steaks, pork chops, ribs and pizza with
great success thanks to what I have read here and the
forgiving nature of the BGE. Thanks in advance for
everyones help.[p]Chuck
