Yes chicken thighs. Got four. Took the skin off, left the bone in. Got the egg settled in at 350. (Put the lump from the chimney towards the center) I put the thighs bone side down, toward the outer edge. Not really indirect but almost. After 30 min brushed a heavy coat of Dr BBQ's BBQ sauce on. Another ten minutes one more coat of BBQ sauce. At 50 min. took em off. Absolutely great. Thanks again Ray for another great recipe.
