Well I decided after having the egg for a month to stop being a sissy and finally do some pulled pork. I put the 11 pound picnic on late last night and this morning the egg was still chugging away at 250. The trusty Maverick is showing an internal temp of 154 so it looks like it will be done in plenty of time for dinner tonight. More later as things progress.
