I ran across some ground bison tonight at the store. Was only
50 cents more than ground beef so I thought I would give it
a try. I have never had it before.
I mixed it with garlic, mustard, and sprinkled with Dizzy Pig
Cowlick. It turned out very well. Done to just below medium
and it was awesome. Not dry and very tasty. I think I will
be picking up some more soon.
