An 8oz Flat Iron Steak (seasoned with my steak rub), Key West Pink Shrimp (butter and commercial Adobo rub), steamed Ginger carrots and Parsleyed Taters. Took the Mini to 450° and did two of the steaks, left on for 3 minutes one side; flipped and grilled for two on the other side. Pulled from the Mini and put on two skewers of the shrimp. Approx 1½ minute per side. Deeeeelishous.....[p]
