Prime Rib on "MINI" Green Egg

First time doing an indirect cook on my mini I got for Christmas!  Had to give her a rest from high temp steak searing :wink:
Set the mini up for indirect with mini conveggtor @250. Prepared the ribeye as I usually do for prime rib with worcestershire, montreal, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Cooked until internal temp of 124° then removed and wrapped in foil while I cooked the side dishes.  Used hardly ANY lump!!!  WOW what a difference in lump consumption vs using my XL!
