Ribs...

Haven't posted many cooks lately but smoked ribs and turnip greens today. Pasta salad and bread. Rudy's rub has a good bite and Stubb's is a great accent.

That Rudys rub has a lot more bite than I expected. Seemed hotter than what they serve in house. Maybe I used to much. Anyway....

Wow, that whole plate looks great!  Greens aren't so good for my kidney stones, which is too bad, because I love greens.  It all looks great!

I've never had turnip greens, but everything else on that plate is in my wheel house. Looks great.

I just use Old Glory greens topped with fat back. Just put them on... Let it ride.

Must be a southern thang! Probably an acquired taste, but I grew up on them so they're a delicacy to me. Try some with pepper sauce or a little Old El Paso salsa. Wooie!
