For year's I have cooked bacon, sausage, bisquit's, etc. first thing in the morning. After breakfast I then put on whatever is for dinner that night for a long slow burn. The BGE gives a new meaning to smoked bacon and sausage. Have also found it makes for a great warm up.[p]Mark [p]
