Wings... so good. Pic heavy

Options
Smoked some wings.

350 with hickory then went on the mini at 550.

Topped with cilantro and made some homeade ranch.

Smoky, crispy, spicy

    I don't know if you noticed me with the camera but I got your reaction after you took your first bite of those wings:

    I used a homemade rub, and then at the end tossed it in some more of the rub and melted butter.

    Yep exactly. I did 45 at 350 and then 2 min per side on the mini around 500. Not sure why I wrote 550.
