New Outdoor Kitchen & Covered Patio (w/ Pics)

It was a bit of a drawn out process, but the outdoor kitchen & covered patio project that started before Thanksgiving is finally done! The kitchen area is pretty basic, just some counter space, cabinets, room for the XL and my new addition of the 36" Blackstone. Also managed to squeeze in a 60" TV and improved my outdoor sound system. As in most home improvement projects, lots of lessons learned... but overall I am happy with how it turned out and ready for some warm weather! Here is a before picture followed by a few afters. Tagging @Killit_and_Grillit per his request as he is considering a built-in Blackstone.

That's pretty much what I had in mind (with cheaper materials, I only plan on being here 4 more years and I have maxed out my renovation to return ratio for my neighborhood).
It looks great. I like the cabinet idea underneath the Blackstone. I love how y'all wrapped brick on the fireplace. Makes it where you almost don't even notice any siding."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

Outstanding. I had to look up your location. I was hoping to be your neighbor.

Thanks folks!
@nth78 the countertops are travertine tile. My wife would have preferred granite or something fancy but this was pretty cost effective.
@HofstraJet it may be hard to tell from the perspective of the pics but the TV is set pretty far in under the new roof, so it stays dry. It has been tested by a couple recent storms. It is an older tv (though still quite a good one), and I was a little nervous about putting it outdoors. But so far so good.
Now I just gotta get this Blackstone figured out. First few cooks have been good. Like any cooking tool have to play around to get used to temp settings and such. But I find it a great addition to the XL. We have a big family (4 kids) so it will be great for big Saturday morning breakfasts.XL BGE, CGS AR & spider, 36" SS Blackstone, SMOBOT - Flower Mound, TX -
