Pit Beef thanks to @CTMIKE and @Eggcelsior

Options

Well after reading @CTMIKE post about how he was making @Eggcelsior pit beef i thought i'd give it a go as it had been while since i made it.

1. Rubbed the roast last night and vac-packed it and tossed it in the fridge (forgot to take a photo sorry)

2. Got the Anova going this morning before i left for the office and 12 hours later at 131 degrees

3. Took the beef out of the vac-pac and patted it dry and sprinkled it was a little rub.

4. Then went out and got the large going while shovelling yes  by the time i was done the egg was just about right.

5. Tossed it on the egg 2 minutes a side

6. Got out the deli slicer and went to work.

7. Toasted up some marble rye with, shaved white onions and homemade tiger sauce and put it all together

I think it came it out perfectly and i will forsure be making it again using the Anova !!!
