    Great old school costume, really cool!

    Ours was kind of too.  Son requested to be a soldier because of grandpa and the Honor Flight.

    Used my dad's uniform, hunting face paint, and his boots.

    Total cost, $5, which went to the gun at Farm and Fleet.

    When I was a trick or treater, a bum was a popular costume.  Wear old ripped worn out clothes, burn a cork and rub it on your face, grab an old hat and a pillowcase for your loot.  Easy peasy and it didn't cost anything.

    I was a bumm a few times also. My mom would put coffee grounds on my face for a beard. And yes the  pillow case would be half full by the end of the night .

    Look at that grin! he loves it.

    Had no such like with caliprince. Tried to cajole him into wearing his Daniel the Tiger costume for 3 days.

    @Focker,

    Awesome that he honored his grandfather, but he needs to work on his trigger discipline. ;)

    We'll be approaching that bridge soon my friend.  Conemplated, with him in the outdoor section at WallyWorld, getting a Daisy 426 pistol for the costume unloaded.  He wouldn't have gotten in any trouble in Aledo, IL..but I restrained.
