Flank on a Sunday

went for Flank today. Worschester suace, garlic, onions, seasoned salt and pepper. Took the picture before the onions. 

While that was marinating, we through some potatoes wedges on inspired by @weberwho


Seared the flank at 550-600 for 5 a side(everyone likes a little past medium here)
Brussels sprout Dish. Lots of cheese, garlic, and Brussels sprouts.

And a special moment...the five year old, Carter, on his own, went back to the cutting board and dipped his meat prior to chowing. I almost cried.
