First we went for some artichokes as a mid afternoon snack.
Then we moved on to dinner.

Red Potatoes witb olive oil and some salt and paprika

You see the asparagus.
And of course, the ribs.
Almost forgot the garlic bread.

Pretty tasted Sunday.

Have a great week everyone!!!!!!

I wish they were a little more tender. Not sure where I missed. Everyone loves them, I just like more of a fall off the bone kind of rib.

250 for 3 hours in rack indirect
foiled- 1 hour more stacked and rotated.
    Sauced for 20 more minutes.

Did i I just need to go hotter?

Even my baby backs take 5 hours at 250. Probably needed a little more time.

Yeah. They could have gone longer. Still tasted good.
