Smoked Turkey Breast step by step- Pic Heavy

Here's a step by step of franklins smoked turkey recipe.
start with split turkey breasts

Rip off the skin

Use your favorite rub liberally. And put on the smoker skin side up at ~265F. In this case I used MCs Holy Cow and DPs Shaking the Tree


After it it gets to a nice golden color, ~2 1/2 hours, wrap in foil with a cup of butter.

After it comes up to 160F, about another hour, take off, slice and serve. Dip back in the melted butter if you're up for the added fat.
