Can someone post the link to the knife on amazon? Think it was made by dexter but can't remember and can't find it.

I have the victorinox one......14" not serrated, but has the bevels in it to cut down the surface tension.

Both are excellent if they are very sharp. The serrated one will stay sharper much longer which is good if sharpening your knives is not in your expertise. I have both and choose the Dexter.Large BGE

Guy at work makes jerky all the time and slices with the one I gave him. I think he uses it for everything.------------------------------

I just picked a 12 inch Dexter with scallops today for 24.99. I just happened upon it. then come home and see this posting. I had to laugh and also felt reassured on my gamble.
