    On the XL #2. I wanted 500F but I think all the heat is in the back of the egg with the racks. Thermo says 400  This smoke smell is awesome !!

    Wow! Those cooked faster than expected. I'm glad I checked them when I did....was looking for 120IT, when I checked them....124 !!!!  137 after tented and ready to carve and plate.....but for me.....they were perfect. Best I've ever put in my mouth.
