Oh hells yeah. I have both in the freezer and we are rolling them out this weekend. Also, if you have not tried the RR brand ground beef they have, do yourself a favor and get some. Best burgers I have ever tasted. Hands down. Salt, pepper woooooooster (too much wine to try to spell that with autocorrect) and egg (or skillet). Unreal beef flavor.

Indirect 225 until 120 internal then seared and rested. And I have some ground Double R beef in the freezer. Can't wait for that either.

Has become my favorite way to do steak. I'll do mine to 110 but my wife likes hers to 120. Then I sear on cast iron after resting. Have tried RR beef but love SRF. Just got more Kobe Burger in the mail this week. Don't think I can go back to regular burgers now either.
