We love fish tacos. I ran across a sale on since Mahi Mahi so tacos it is!

The fish was seasoned with Dia de la Fajita and grilled, then layered with sour cream, black beans, avocado slices and topped with a house made slaw and queso fresco.

The slaw was consisted of shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, minced jalapeño, chopped green onion, Greek yogurt and lime juice. (No measurements taken)

Yes they are.

Have you tried them Blake? I know the temp restriction thing, but seem to do a good job in certain applications. Guys with pellet grills especially.
