For the the salsa. I cut up 3 mangos with a onion and some Cilantro. Took a 1/3 of the mixture and blended it with a jalapeño. Then added back to the rest.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

I've eaten at Torchy's. My brother and his kids love it and took us there when we were in San Antonio. I thought they had a really good concept....just not well executed. I am certain yours were better. They look delicious, man.
