What is everyone planning on doing ? Wings? Ribs ? Burgers etc

Lions fan here.  What is this "Super Bowl" you speak of?  Football season is over in early January every year.

I'm cooking everything!!  But for us, it's also Mardi Gras and there is a huge parade that day then the game that night. So our party kicks off at 8am! (We are doing it all at my buddies house on the parade route)

I am Smoking a Chicken for lettuce wraps as well as a pork butt for nachos, tacos and sliders, one friend is bringing wings and 2 slabs of ribs and another friend doing a crab boil.

Fred - thanks for the idea!  I haven't made poutine since about October.  That will be perfect for superbowl.  


So the current menu is:

Poutine (this is french fries topped with gravy and cheese curds)

Pizzas - PP / bbq, Hawaiian, Tomato & Spinach 
(gonna try making mozzarella for the first time)

ABTs 

Wings - garlic parm, buffalo, & honey bbq

Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings
