Christmas early!! Blackstone Griddle!!
Been "needing" one since I saw @Thatgrimguy thread and I think @Hotch thread. SWMBO gave me the green light and it arrived today. Assembled and seasoned now. Ready for breakfast (and lunch, and dinner). Can't wait to break it in!

So I've been able to hold off on the need to buy. But if I keep seeing post, I will no longer have the will power to hold off...and one again my wallet will take a hit. The good news is the wife only yells for short periods of time or at least I think.
Congrats on your purchase I look forward to seeing some of your cooks.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2 -

I move that we heretofore and forevermore ban all Blackstone users/wannabes to their own forum. No matter how Legit they may be. Perhaps the BS Forum?

This is the one more Blackstone post that has finally gotten into my wallet. I am going down in the morning and buy one. Been putting it off too long and my wife said she is tired of hearing about them.
I will be cooking breakfasts next week for about 12 staying here at the house and this is the perfect time to bring it home.
Dayum, but you guys were right, the cheapest part of being an egg owner is buying the damn eggs.
I love this forum, but you guys sure have a way of helping me spend my money. But you warned me in the very beginning, so I knew it was coming.

@tarheelmatt, breakfast will be it's biggest role, then fried rice, grilled sandwiches and quesadillas. The eggs will still get great usage!Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

@RedSkip, live in MI, do not use it much during the snowy season...I did buy the Blackstone cover. Going into 2nd winter, no rust....I do brush the snow off while tending to my BGE.

I recommend cooking up some pancakes ! It's a blast to cook breakfast on it!

Congrats. Hash browns, bacon, eggs... My garage smells like Waffle House cause it's always raining!
youll love it! Plenty of accessories to buy too. -
Thanks brother yolk! I can imagine worse problems . Finally we get a little reprieve from the rain. Blackstone breakfast tomorrow!Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

For me it's quesadillas. I do quesadillas out of leftovers all the time. Anytime I have guests I use it for breakfast. But, I still use my cast iron skillet for breakfast when it's just me and the wife.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum
