Pulled Chili Chicken Legs

This is a recipe from Adam Perry Lang's Serious Barbecue.  His photos look nothing like mine! 

Legs are brined all day, rubbed and smoked indirect over apple for 45 minutes.  Grilled direct 3 minutes a side and then rolled in a glaze and back to indirect for 10 minutes.  Pulled on a cutting board and served as sandwiches.  Excellent smoke flavor and a wonderful taste all around.
