Drop Dead Delicious Ribs

Had the day off today so I decided to make some ribs. And I figured why not try something different. I started with 50% DIzzy Dust then added 25% MC Honey Hog and 25% MC Bacon BBQ. I like all 3 and now I like them even better combined :)

Smoked at 275 with peach wood, started bone down, flipped after 45 minutes. After 90 minutes I wrapped with a little apple juice and glazed the top with Drop Dead Delicious Amaretto Cherry Jalapeno Sauce. Left on like that for 30 minutes, then unwrapped and put back on for 15 minutes. While I loved the results next time I will skip the wrapping.
