Whole Pig!!

Tomorrow we have my engagement party at my house for 40 or so people. I requested a 60-90 lb pig, but what I got was a 104 lb pig, no complaints, no problems. Split, trimmed, rinsed, rubbed, and rested. On at 10 PM and home to be off by noon Saturday, 1 pm party. Coaching and feedback welcome. Here's a few shots of where we are now.
