Beer marinated chicken tacos and Magnaball webcast
Options
Got some chicken bathing in a beer, oregano, cayenne, and sesame oil bath for 7 hrs or so.... Grilling raised direct till 160 then tacos it is... In the meantime drinking some beers and watching/ listening to the Magnaball webcast.

Thanks...spread some grilled avocado with lime juice on the tortilla and topped with jalapeno slaw and micro cilantro.. The marinade is a serious eats marinade.
