Scallop & Orange Kabobs with a Thai Chili Mango & Peach Salad

Title explains it.  Salad was a mix of mango,peaches,red onion,jalapeño and sweet chili sauce 


The scallops & oranges had a red pepper rub and egg'd at 550 raised direct 


Turned out most excellent (almost epic) and will be repeated in the future

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Thank you guys!!! Once the scallops were almost done I hit them with an orange juice,honey and fresh ginger glaze.
