Caveman venison tenderloin

Been reading about the caveman way to cook ribeyes and been wanting to try . Butcher did not have any good ones and neither did supermarket...

So I had venison tenderloin already defrosted in fridge so I said what the heck. Well they came out awesome. Just salted them and cooked 4 minutes a side could have done 3 a side. Love the flavor of it and can't wait to try a ribeye with more fat.
