New raised grid rig......

Rigged this up today to raise my grid. Carriage bolts, nuts, washers, and t-nuts. 4 in. bolts go to felt line. 6 in bolts are 2 inches above.

OK, since my Egg is 6 years and I'm not up on the new model changes, I have this question; what is up with that firebox?  Does it have grooved ridges in it?....OK, I see it now, you have some kind of charcoal basket in the firebox.

That;s the new style, the legs of the setter will sit in the fire ring. gets the setter down into the base a bit, rather than being at the felt line if you have setter legs down.
