I mentioned in another thread that I would like to try a brisket....but am leery of it because of ignorance.....flat??....packer??? Seen different cuts mentioned...
Went into Cash & Carry today.
This is the Brisket that they had on the shelf today. Where do I start? Panic mode is setting in.....
