Well she wanted wings...

So my wife tells me they are having lunch at work and she signed up to bring wings, which means " will you cook me some wings?". So I fired up both eggs with 2tiers each. I did all dry rub a Hot batch, a med. and a mild. 4 dozen raised indirect for 45 min. Came out great , they were the large wings and I actually liked them. I wanted to try @cazzy s recipe but I didn't have time but maybe this weekend.

I'm so jealous, if my wife ever said she wanted wings, I'd be positive there was an alien invasion.

@beachsmoke , I met her between undergrad/grad school. Sometimes I think she never left! Lol she loves beer, she used to pick football teams for colors now she's our team mom for our sons team, she's come along way. If I just get her to love going to the range I would fall over.

Beautiful looking wings!  Love your 2 Egg set up also.  
Is your extension rack just sitting on the main rack, or do you have to bolt it together each time you use it?  I have been wanting to do something like that as well.  Thanks.

My wife refuses to eat anything with a bone.  So I cook wings for myself from time to time but never in that quantity.  I'm pretty jealous man

@tonyled  I tried my first mojito at a mixology class or a cruise this past year. I'm not sure if it was great or the fact that it was the 5th or 6th drink in a row but I'm willing to try agIn

@jaydub58 its Disney cruise line. This past year we took a 5th of Jack for me a 5th of vanilla vodka for my wife, my yeti and her tervis . They have self serve drink stations where all their soft drinks are free. Although we did buy some drinks it sure helps keep an 8 day bar tab down

@YYZegger  the top rack has a bolt attached to it. The bottom of the bolt has a nut, washer then another nut. This allows me to set the rack on the lower grate and simply pick it up if I need to flip or rearrange food. I have the same set-up for my large very simple to just set 2nd rack on top of bottom grate to increase cooking space. This was not my design I'm pretty sure I saw it on here but it works great.
