This past Sunday I went for catfish at the tip top of the Chesapeake. Caught 4 between 3-5 lbs and one that was physically challenged. The big one that took a 9" bunker head got away...of course. 
1) Set up
2) buddy holding a 3 lbr 
3) the physically challenged
4) ready for the grill
5) plated (missing) SORRY!!! I was starving after being on the water. 
6) side salad
7) dessert
8) dessert

Fishing season is officially here and has started!!!

    Desert looks great. What is it? Almost looks like chocolate chip cookies with nutella (which on hindsight, might be too sweet for me).

    Thank you. It is chocolate chip cookie in a small 3" diameter by 1" nonstick pan.  This allows the cookie to be a bit thicker. My wife said she wanted a little extra chocolate, so right after I pulled them from the grill, I put on a small handful of mini chocolate chips. After all, who am I to deny the one I love what she wants that is so simple?  A few mins later I spead them with a back of a spoon. 

    The scoop of vanilla ice cream off to the side was not pictured.
