Same binder/rub as my first butt last weekend.  Cooked overnight @ 275 - about to take it off, will have been an 11 hour smoke.  Only difference was I had more water/apple cider vinegar in the drip pan to start - never ran dry. The aroma is better than last one, me thinks. 

Let you for know how it pulls and samples before I package and deliver.
