Publican Chicken,Beef Shorties and a Grilled Salad

Started out bout 9 in the AM with the shorties rubbed with SP&G,on the small at 225ish. 


About 6 or so hrs into the ribs I bumped to 350° to help speed up the cook. Thanks for ensuring my thoughts were ok @dmw    Put the publican chicken on when the beef hit 190°   No pics but I went raised direct about 450°, skin down for 20 mins to get a lil char then flipped till it was finished.  

Then got the sliced zukes,yellow squash,yellow peppers and shrooms goin


Right before  pulling the ribs


And plated with some egged romaine and the warm veggies 


This is is the recipe I used for the chicken and it was damn good. The only difference is I deboned everthing except the wings and legs.  Makes for some easy chopping and nice chunks for serving.
