Local Costco had prime packers in-house so I picked two up. Had recently pulled a mature one (yup-frozen in a deep freeze for about a year) from a freezer dive to cook this weekend. So here's the price change: A year ago (same store, same cut) Prime Packers $2.89/lb; now $4.39/lb. Nothing new but that's a stark reality check for sure. Have a great Groundhog Day Eve!

Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
