So here is what my wife and I had for Sunday supper Started off with 1/4 the chicken the removed the skin then i scored them. After that  put the chicken in a marinade of yougart black pepper cumin and some graham marsala   and  some lemon juice .Let that marinade for 3 hours.Set up the MBGE indirect legs up .When it got to temp (325)  put the chicken on 1 hour later done wife cooked the basmati  with some cardemon seeds and th salad
