Did a few nice pies tonight and TFJ made fresh loaf of bread with some extra dough. I was going to grill some chicken for the pesto pie but egg #1 has been a dumpster fire for over an hour. Not sure what I cooked in there last but it's nasty.

Nah. The boy was home and wa ted pizza. Couldn't say no. It is really hard on them but I kept the temps around 600 tonight and seemed to go ok. I will be hawking the cool down though but I feel better that they are in nests.caliking said:The underskirt shot of the pizza is purty. And I thought you were done egging pizza?

Greatness achieved on the artisan pie and pesto bread. Nice work! I too like 600℉-750℉ on my pies it seems to be the sweet spot for me.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Finally got the damn chicken done around 9. It was good. Just cross hatched and marinated for a couple hours in EVOO, red wine vinegar and some spices.
