Friday Pizza!

When I'm home on Fridays I make Pizza, this is Friday's Pie, 12 inch dough/ball/skin rolled and hand tossed to about 15 inch (that's A 16 inch Pizza screen) we like thin crust, sauce, basil, cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, yellow peppers, onions cooked at 500 until firm enough to slide off pizza screen (5 minutes) then finished until well done/crisp/yummy about 15 minutes total.
