When I'm home on Fridays I make Pizza, this is Friday's Pie, 12 inch dough/ball/skin rolled and hand tossed to about 15 inch (that's A 16 inch Pizza screen) we like thin crust, sauce, basil, cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, yellow peppers, onions cooked at 500 until firm enough to slide off pizza screen (5 minutes) then finished until well done/crisp/yummy about 15 minutes total.

Pizza is a favorite around here, this one was scaled back a bit trying to find that perfect amount of not to many toppings. I often put way to much stuff on my pizza making it only edible with a knife and fork.Charlotte, Michigan XL BGE
