Coming up; 2 slabs of BB ribs, membrane pulled, rubbed with homemade BBQ rub, hickory smoke is on and settling down at 275* indirect plate setter with a double raised grid. Playlist of classic blues on the Sonos. Gonna make a vodka iced tea to sip along the afternoon with my grill buddy Winston.
