I just got my mini last week and so far I am having a lot of fun seeing how much I can actually cook on the little workhorse. Today I cooked two good sized pork tenderloins on it at the same time. My only problem now is I think my large is feeling left out since it has not been used since I got the mini. I am going to do a meatloaf tommorow and I have to do it on my large since I do not have my indirect set up yet for the mini. I think I can get a meatloaf to fit on the mini though. If anyone has any doubts about the minis capabilities think again. I think if I could only have one egg I would choose something larger than the mini, but I do love it so far. It is a great compliment to my large.

The little mini is a true champion in the small cooker arena. It stands alone at the top amongst it's peers. You made a wise decision my friend. It's versatility and performance are unmatched by its rivals. Enjoy that mini sir.

I also use my mini more then my large. It's fast to get to temp, quick to shut down and doesn't use a lot of lump. People are amazed at how much food you can load on it...The Gator Nation, Central FloridaLARGE & MINI Life is good...GO GATORS!!!
