This actually was too easy. I'm getting really comfortable cooking steaks directly on the coals. I feel more confident cooking steaks than I do hamburgers. Plus I finally figured out how to cook my wife's steaks. I always had a problem getting hers well done(absolutely no red). Recently I've been braising hers in foil and then dropping it on the coals to give it some color. And the sides were simple and took just a few minutes.SGH said:@stemc33
