Fun Weekend with my EGG

Friday night I did Lamb Chops with Grilled Mushrooms, Pesto and Guda Cheese. Sunday did a Flank Steak with Mushrooms again but this time stuffed them with Chicken Sausage. Man were these all good.
What to do for next weekend?? That is always the question.

I do some on weeknights - but weekends I get to really plan the fun big stuff. Just hard when you get home late during the week.
