I have a big problem according to my wife....I have a hard time walking in the meat department in the business Costco and Restaurant Depot and not buying a big hunk of meat that looks good.....Using the Egg and Stoker makes it so easy to do long slow cooks, I just feel I need to buy that hunk of meat, I don't really need........my friends and people at the office don't think I have a problem but I am beginning to think, they are just enablers .....I blame it on the Egg and Stoker......A shoulder Clod is on the Egg As I write this post

I have been battling that disease for years - although I don't have a Stoker. Maybe that is why my case isn't as advanced. Your case may be terminal... if your wife kills you.

I am starting to think I have a problem too, with leftover pork butt in the fridge, I am thinking that I want to cook another brisket now. Tomorrow is just burgers and hotdogs for my son's T-ball team. Pics to come later.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@thailandjohn yep L&S with the Stoker coupled with the LBGE is a sweet combo! Love it! I just moved a Boston Butt from the deep freeze to the refrigerator to dft for sometime this weekend. Now I have a hankering for protein shopping )LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
